Nowadays with new material technology, such as e-textile, smart material that are interactive and responsive, wich bring the users unexpected and changeable feedback. Therefore I attempt to apply these technology into a daily life object. And to rethink the communication between the users and the objects, and the relationship between the materials, surfaces and the usabilities.
BLume, bloom. B - bio, L - light. BLume is a breathable light. The surface breaths and the light leaks. The responsive surface of the lamp offer multi movable corners and with the simple square form that provide users the variation of lighting effects. With different combination of the bright spots, and the user could control the lighting direction as central light or side light.
